Willis, p. (1977) learning to labour: how working class kids get working class jobs?

Willis (1977) suggests that in order for working class kids to get a working class job, they have to learn to put their bodies at the disposal of their boss. What this means is that they learn to show up on time, to work hard, to be neat, to be quiet, to follow orders etc.
