As we move into the next decade, we’re going to see a privacy revolution. In the last ten years or so, we’ve moved from the information age to the social media age to the post privacy age. The first step is to be transparent about how you’re using personal data. Companies need to be honest and transparent about how they’re going to use the data that they have about you, and how they’re going to use that data to make the product or service better.
