There’s no one size fits all solution to the question of how to get enough physical activity. What works for one person may not work for another. The important thing is to find what works for you and to be consistent.

The intensity of your exercise and how much you do of it is dependent on your current level of health. If you’re very out of shape, you should start out slow and build up to more intense workouts. Intensity levels are based on how hard you’re breathing during exercise.

There are a lot of different kinds of exercise. Not only that, there are different theories on which kinds are better for specific goals. Some people recommend intense workouts, while others recommend slow and steady. Some people recommend strength training, while others recommend cardio. Some people recommend you do things like yoga, while others recommend you do things like CrossFit.

The biggest question I get asked about exercise is “how much”? But I think the more important question people should be asking is “what kind?”. Exercise comes in many forms and it’s important to find something you enjoy and that you can do consistently.

It’s important to find what kind of physical activity you love to do, and then do it regularly. As long as you’re doing something active every day, whether it’s a 10-minute walk or a 5-mile jog, it’s going to help your health and fitness levels.
