You should have clicked the 'Restore iPhone' button again to restore your phone. You can restore your phone by connecting it to iTunes on your computer and clicking the 'Restore' button in iTunes. It will wipe all the data on your phone and restore it to the latest version of iOS.

If you have accidentally clicked the New Phone button in iTunes and selected the wrong device, don’t panic. You can actually recover your backup. Here’s how:

1. Open iTunes and click on the Devices button.

2. Right-click on the iPhone you want to recover and select Show in Windows Explorer.

You don’t need to restore the iPhone. All you need to do is to go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset all the settings to factory default. However, you will need to connect to Wi-Fi because the iPhone will be resetting your cellular network settings.

You can fix this by going through the recovery process again, but this time choosing "Restore from iTunes Backup". You should then be able to choose the most recent backup, which will be from before you did the update.

Update iTunes on the computer. Restart your computer. After connecting to the computer, restart the iPhone. Try another Lightning/USB cable. Use a USB port or another computer. DFU restores your iPhone. If all other methods fail: option to repair iPhone.
