I would be really interested in helping you make sure that your guests are happy and that they continue to come back. The best way that I’ve found to do this is to take care of them from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.

"I believe that a guest is a guest and your job is to make their stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I would be the type of person who would work hard for my guests and do my best to make sure they have everything they need.

I’d like to start by talking about the most important thing, which is making our guests happy. I think there are a few different ways we can do that. One is to make sure that we’re communicating with them and listening to them.
