The most important thing about supervision is being clear about what you want to get out of it. A good supervisor will give you feedback on your work, which can be difficult to hear, but it's how you grow and improve.

Supervision and critiquing the work of your peers will help you to develop your own skills. As you look at the work of your peers, you can ask yourself what works for you and what doesn’t. You can also give constructive feedback to help your peers develop their abilities.

Supervision and peer feedback is an important way for professionals to improve their skills and their self-development. Both are important parts of professional development. Supervision is a one-to-one discussion between the supervisor and the supervisee in which the supervisor and supervisee focus on a particular issue or skill.

A great way to get feedback on your work is to have someone supervise you as you do it. This can be a manager, mentor, or colleague. They should look over what you’re doing as you do it and give you feedback on your work.

Supervision and peer feedback are great ways to improve the way you use your skills. When you’re working in a team, you can ask your supervisor to give you feedback on how you can improve your skills, or you can use peer feedback from other team members, who may have a different perspective than your supervisor.
