If you want to fix the coil spring on your own, then you’re going to have to go to your local auto parts store and purchase a spring compressor. It’s a tool that will allow you to compress the coil spring so that you can remove it from the suspension.

1. Unplug the car. 2. Open the hood and locate the coil spring. 3. Use a small flathead screwdriver to pry the coil spring out of the coil. 4. If the spring is broken, try to put the spring back into the coil. 5. If the spring is broken, replace the coil spring.

Here's the easiest way to temporarily fix a broken coil spring on a 06 kia sedona. You'll need some spring pliers, a flat head screwdriver, and a pair of needle nose pliers. Remove the coil and spring from the rear shock absorber.
