How to fix system error 5 without admin?

 To Fix System Error 5
  1. Open the Edit menu and point to New and select the DWORD VALUE command.
  2. Type LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy and then click OK.
  3. Right-click on the LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy key that you have just added and select Modify.
  4. Type the number 1 in the Value Data box, click OK.

This can be caused by any of the following problems:  

• Missing or corrupt Windows XP CD-ROM drivers.  

• Corrupted boot.ini file.  

• Missing or corrupted system files.

System error 5 is a red flag for your computer’s health. What this means is that Windows has detected a problem with your system and it’s trying to fix it by restarting the computer.

The easiest way to run Command Prompt as administrator is probably by using Windows Search. Type "command prompt" in Search and right-click on the "Command Prompt" result. Choose "Run as administrator" to run it with administrative privileges.
