This is a really common question. To fix scratches on glasses, apply toothpaste to the scratches with a toothbrush. Let it sit for a few minutes, then wash it off. The toothpaste will fill in the scratches so they’re less visible.

The first step is to determine the depth of the scratch. If it's a shallow scratch, then you can use toothpaste to buff it out. If it's a deeper scratch, then you should use a scratch remover and sandpaper. Also, remember to hold the sandpaper at a 45 degree angle.

There are several ways to remove scratches from your kids’ glasses. The method you’ll want to try depends on the severity of the scratch. Try the gentlest method first, and if that doesn’t work, proceed to the next.

There are three solutions to fix scratched glasses: replace the lenses (expensive), replace the frames (expensive and inconvenient), or try to polish out the scratches (inexpensive but time consuming).

There are a few options to help you with scratches on kids glasses. The first is to take them back to the optometrist to see if they can buff them out. You can also try using toothpaste, a little bit of water, and a microfiber cloth to buff out the scratches.

All you need is a non-abrasive and non-gel based toothpaste. Put a dollop of toothpaste on the scratched area of glasses and gently rub it in soft circular motions by using a cotton ball or cloth. Keep rubbing in small circular motions for a few seconds and see the scratches vanish
