The good news is, you can fill in scratches in a wooden floor and restore the shine. But if a scratch is deep enough to see the wood grain, you’re probably out of luck. But don’t worry, there’s still a lot you can do.

To tighten a loose doorknob, unscrew the bolt on the inside of the door and unscrew the bolt on the outside of the door. Once both bolts are removed, remove the doorknob and drill new holes in the same places where the old holes were.

There are a couple of things that you can do. The first thing you can do is to leave the scratches alone. If the scratches are not too deep and they are only on the surface, you can leave them alone and they will blend in with the floor as it ages.

In this video, I'm going to show you how to fix scratched wood floors. I know it seems like a pretty scary project but it's really quite simple. So I'm going to need my sandpaper, my orbital sander and some water.

Use toothpaste or baking soda paste to remove scratches from wood floors. First, vacuum your floors to remove dust and dirt. Then, apply a thin layer of toothpaste or baking soda paste on the scratch. Let it sit for 15 minutes and then, scrub in a circular motion with a dry toothbrush.
