  1. Turn off the phone.
  2. Hold the volume down button and Power button simultaneously until the device switches on.
  3. You should see “Start” with an arrow.
  4. Tap volume down twice and the power button to enter Recovery Mode.
  5. Hold the power button then press and release the volume up button.

If you can't fix it by yourself, you can bring it to the service center. But we must find a good one. As we know, there are many service centers in the market. Some of them are not professional and can not give you a good after-sales service.

There are a few ways to clean up your Nexus phone. The first is to reset the device to factory settings. You can do this by going to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. If that doesn’t work, you can try the Recovery Mode.If you have a nexus phone and it’s not working, the first thing to do is to make sure you have the latest version of Android. If you can’t update your software, then you’ll need to go to the official Google help forum.
