If you're using a Wi-Fi connection and you can connect to your network but you can't connect to the Internet, try the following:

Change the channel on the wireless router.

Turn the wireless router off for 10 seconds, and then turn it back on again.

he first thing I would try to do is delete the network profile from your laptop. To do this, right-click on the wi-fi icon in the system tray. From the drop-down, click on 'Open Network and Sharing Center' and then 'Manage Wireless Networks'. Locate the network and right-click on it.

If you have a laptop and a smartphone, you can use your smartphone as a hotspot. However, some routers are not able to communicate with hotspots. There's an easy way to fix that. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to your wireless router's admin page and check the name of your wireless network. There are a few things you can do to fix your computer. First, you can try using another browser, like Chrome or Firefox. Sometimes, certain browsers just don't play well with certain websites so trying another browser might fix the problem. You can also try using another network.

Scroll down the left pane and select Mobile Hotspot. Go to Related Settings and click on Change Adapter Options. Identify your mobile hotspot adapter, right-click and go to Properties. Open the Sharing tab and uncheck “Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection.”
