Horizontal line issues are usually caused by an internal failure within the set, or by poor quality cable. To fix the issue, you will need to reset your TV. Resetting will not erase or reset the channels you have programmed, but will restore the TV back to its default settings.

Restoring Factory Settings - The first thing that you should try when your TV is having issues is to reset it to factory settings. If you're having trouble with your TV's picture settings, for example, you can reset your TV to factory settings and start over. This option will allow you to remove any customizations that you have made.

Horizontal lines on the screen is a common issue with Samsung TVs, and it can be fixed with a little bit of troubleshooting. The first step is to power cycle your TV, unplugging it and plugging it back in to reboot the system. If that doesn’t work, you may need to do a factory reset.
