Surface scratches: Clean the plastic surface with a damp cloth and make circular motions around the scratches. Use a mild abrasive on the scratches, such as toothpaste, furniture polish, baking soda or plastic polish. Wipe off the added paste with a clean cloth in a circular motion.

A laptop is a very expensive piece of equipment so it’s wise to take care of it. You can make your laptop look like new by using toothpaste and a soft cloth. Just put some toothpaste on the cloth and rub on the plastic. Rinse with water and wipe dry.
