It resists chipping and scratching under normal wear-and-tear situations. Even though Silgranit is a composite material, it is still as hard as the stone products that are used for similar sinks and countertops. That makes it naturally resistant to cutting and scratching activities which occur around the sink.

These are easy to fix. You can either use a toothpick to apply a little bit of clear nail polish to the chip or you can get some clear epoxy and use that to fill the chips in.

The first thing you need to do is to remove the chipped portions of the sink. You can do this by applying a little bit of masking tape to the edge of the chipped portion and then using a putty knife to gently pry the chipped portion of the sink off of the basin.

If you have a chip on your sink, you can repair it with toothpaste to make it look like new! Just apply some toothpaste to the chip and use a damp cloth to wipe it off. You can also use toothpaste to clean your sink. Just add some to a damp cloth and gently scrub the sink.

First of all, there is no real way to fix a sink chip. The only way to fix it is to replace the whole sink. If the chip is really small, you can try to fill it in with epoxy or other glue like super glue.
