It is recommended that you use a range extender to boost the signal in your home. An extender is a device that connects to your Wi-Fi network and rebroadcasts the signal to help fill in dead spots in your home.

The best way to get rid of dead spots in your home is to check your internet connection. First, check your modem and make sure it's connected to your router. Next, check the power source, and make sure it's plugged in and turned on. If you still can't connect, you may need to contact your internet provider.

It’s a common problem for lots of people in the city. You walk into a room and your cell phone doesn’t work. You try to get online with your laptop and it won’t work. Maybe you have a baby monitor and it won’t work in that room.

Cellular dead spots occur in areas where your cellular signal is weak and you can't make or receive calls or send/receive text messages. The problem is that carrier signals are transmitted from cell towers, which are usually located on the highest points in the surrounding area.

Not all areas in your home are created equal. If you have a dead spot in your home, then you may want to look into getting a wireless booster. If you have a big home, you’re going to need something that can cover a lot of square footage.
