Alternators are used in cars to provide power to the vehicle’s electrical system. The alternator is a type of dynamo that uses the mechanical energy produced by the car’s engine to generate electrical energy. The alternator is connected to the engine by a belt, and when the engine is running, it spins the alternator.

The first thing you should do is check the belt. If the belt is broken then replace it. If the belt is ok then check the rotor button. A rotor button is a hard button on the inside of the alternator that spins when the alternator is on.

If your car battery dies, it’s most likely your alternator’s fault. The alternator is the part of your car’s electrical system that keeps the battery charged. If the alternator goes out, your battery may not have sufficient juice to run your car’s electrical system.

If your car’s alternator isn’t charging your battery properly, it’s probably not broken; there’s probably just something wrong with your battery or wiring. Check your battery, and make sure it has enough water in it, and that the terminals are clean and tight.
