If you have a loose handle on your kitchen faucet, there are two possible fixes. If the handle is attached to the faucet with screws, remove them and tighten them with a screwdriver.

You may be able to fix the handle yourself. First, you have to turn the water off under the sink. Then pull out the faucet handle and remove the set screw in the center of it with a Phillips screwdriver.

Loose faucet handles are usually caused by a worn out washer. The first thing you can do is just tighten the screw on the handle to see if it will stop the handle from moving.

To fix a loose kitchen faucet handle, the first thing you want to do is to turn off the water supply. Next, you want to take off the faucet handle by unscrewing it with your hands or a screwdriver.
