Now comes the really fun part you put a little bit of a glob of bondo. And put it all over the damaged area and I like to try to kind of push it.

To fix a chipped piece of wood, first clean around the outside of the chip with a damp paper towel. Next, use a wood filler to fill in the chip. You can find wood fillers at any hardware store. Simply apply the wood filler with a putty knife or your finger and smooth it into the chip.

When a piece of wood gets chipped, the best way to fix it is with wood filler. First, sand the area and wipe it clean. Then, apply the wood filler with a putty knife and smooth it out with a wet rag. Let it dry and sand it again, followed by a second coat of filler and sanding. To fix a chipped piece of wood, you need to mix a little bit of wood glue with some mineral spirits and then paint the mixture over the chipped area. Wait for the mixture to dry and then sand the area down to the point where the glue has completely taken.

First, understand that you can’t fix the whole thing. You can’t put the piece back together like it was. The wood has been damaged.

The best way to do it is to get a really fine grit sand paper and slowly sand the surface of the wood until you can’t see the chips anymore.
