It is possible to fix a broken key on a laptop keyboard without buying a new keyboard. In fact, you will only need a toothpick and some tape. First, you will need to take off the key from the laptop keyboard. You can do this by putting a piece of tape on top of the key and then applying pressure on it.

If the broken key is on the laptop's main keyboard, you don't have to replace the entire keyboard. Just remove the broken key, and use a toothpick to remove the broken plastic from the metal base. Then, superglue the key to the base and put the key back in place.
