Don't try to bend it back or pull it back. You could break the bow. Instead, try to bend it the other way. Put a small drop of super glue on the inside of the bow and press it down for a few seconds. That should set it in place.

The best way to keep your glasses from getting bent is to use a hard case for them, like a glasses case. Keeping them in a hard case, like a glasses case, will protect them from being crushed. It will also keep them from getting them bent from laying around in a bag or purse.

You can fix your own glasses with a pair of pliers and a dose of patience. Use the pliers to bend the bow back into place. Then, adjust the bow so it rests comfortably on your face. If that doesn't work, you can take your glasses to an optician to have them fixed.

If you’re wearing glasses, and you’ve had them for a while, it’s likely that you’ve bent the arms a little. If your glasses are still in good condition, the best thing to do is to take them to your local optometrist and have them replaced.
