How to cook butternut squash in the oven?

Does anyone know a good recipe? Thanks in advance!

To roast a butternut squash, preheat your oven to 375F. Then, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut the squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and place the squash cut side down on the baking sheet. Bake until soft, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool before using.
