When someone scores that high, you don’t need to try to sell them anything. You should place them into a nurturing program where you reach out to them and give them a ton of value. You can send them content that you think they’ll be interested in.

If the customer has an rfm score of 545, then it means they have a high intent of purchase, but they also have a high intent to buy from competitors as well. What you need to do is dig deeper into the high intent to buy from competitors, and see why they have a high intent to buy from you and your competitors.

If a sales team member has a score of 545, you’ve got to tell them to get out there and meet more people. They need to talk to more people and learn more about the value of their product.

A good salesperson will try to figure out why the customer gave them a 545 and work on addressing those issues.
