Keeping records of your customer’s complaints will help you to identify trends in your services. If you notice that a certain group of customers are complaining about the same thing, have the same problem, or are mentioning the same issue, then you can start to work out how you can fix your service.

Keeping records of complaints allows you to see patterns in customer complaints and address them in a timely manner. For example, if you notice that complaints about your customer service are being posted on social media at a certain time of day, you can schedule a social media response at that time.

Keeping records of complaints assists with improving the quality of customer service because it allows you to identify the weaknesses in your customer service and in your company as a whole. If you keep records of your complaints, you can see if there are any trends in the areas that are causing you problems, and then you can focus on improving those areas.
