To reset your Verizon router:
  1. With the power on (Power LED on front panel should be lit green), use the pointed end of a paper clip to press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds.
  2. Release the Reset button. ...
  3. Wait 15 seconds before resuming setup.

To reboot the Verizon FiOS router, unplug it from the power source, wait for 60 seconds, and then plug it back in.

Reboot the FiOS box by unplugging it from the wall, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging the box back in. (Verizon recommends that you reboot your FiOS box every three months.) If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to call Verizon to get the box rebooted.

For most FiOS systems, you can reboot your Internet and TV service by unplugging the power cord from the back of your FiOS router for 5-10 seconds and then plugging it back into the outlet.
