How do you maximise the funds that are directly applied to your core purpose?

The core purpose of a business is to make sure that everything that is directly related to that purpose is maximised, so that means that the amount of money that is put into creating that purpose is maximised. For example, if you’re a charity, then the amount of money that’s put into charitable activities is maximised

One of the best ways to maximise the funds that are directly applied to your core purpose is by building a strong and strategic partnership with a major player in the industry. An example of how this can be done well is by becoming a sponsor for a major event.
