I think that the most important thing when it comes to building a community is that you make sure that your community is diverse, because you want to build something that appeals to a broad range of people and helps you build a very strong and diverse audience.

You should be challenging yourself, your team and your organisation – all the time. You should never stop questioning how you could and should be doing things better, smarter, more efficiently. You should never stop questioning if something needs to be done, if something is the best way of doing something, if something is working, if something is no longer working.
