We've talked about this a lot in class and I've realised that the key to addressing both positive and negative behaviour in a group is to always maintain a positive attitude.

The first thing you need to do is identify the negative behaviour, and it is important to do this as objectively as you can. Once you have identified the negative behaviour, think about how it might be addressed.

Positive and negative behaviour can be addressed in a group through group norms. Group norms are a set of values that are shared by the members of a group. Norms can be formal (stated) or informal (unstated) and are enforced through various means, including peer pressure.

Before I address the positive and negative behaviour of the group as a whole, I will address the behaviour of each individual group member. I would like to begin with the person who has been the most active member of the group. This group member has contributed very well to the work of the group and has been a very reliable member of the group.
