If your drivers license has been suspended for a minor traffic violation, you can apply for a license reinstatement. To do so, you need to visit your local Ministry of Transportation (MTO) office and pay a service fee.

My drivers license was suspended for 3 months because i was caught tagging a wall with a paintball gun, which i wasnt even aware was illegal. The thing is i just found out that my drivers license has been re-instated and i have no idea how to tell if its been re-instate

You should be able to find out your driver's license status by going to the DriveTest website. If you have any more specific questions about your license, you should contact the MTO.

In Ontario, the Ministry of Transportation keeps a record of your driving history, including your demerit points and any driving suspensions. To check whether your driving privileges are suspended or not, you can call the Ministry of Transportation at 416-235-2999 or toll-free at 1-800-387-3445.
