All over the place. There are so many different things your child may be reacting to, and the author does not explain how to figure out which ones. She mentions an elimination diet, but then only explains how to do an elimation diet in the most basic and unhelpful way. I mean really, I need to know what do I "eliminate" so that I am having my child eat an elimination diet, and when I add what am I adding? Justsaying do an elimination diet is so unhelpful it is disgraceful.

Fed Up is a documentary that highlights the obesity epidemic, and the food industry’s role in it. It’s a great way to learn about how food is processed and its effects on our bodies, and how we can change our eating habits to lead healthier lives.

Fed Up is a documentary that explores what’s wrong with the American food industry, and how companies like McDonald’s and Kraft are using that to their advantage. I’d recommend watching it if you’re interested in how the food you eat and the food your children eat are making them feel.
