Why the heater breaks
For active and high-quality washing cycles, hot water is critical. However, with warm water, limits the life span of a washer to 3 to 5 years. The heater fails due to normal wear and tear, salty water that does not dissolve and is therefore deposited on the surfaces of the heater. Also, lower power from the mains can lead to chain breakages. To protect the radiator, install a water filter and use water softeners.
Coldwater is a sign of a faulty heating system. To check this, touch the hatch glass within 20 minutes after starting the spinning cycle. If warm, the heating system is functional and vice versa. Also, check clothes after washing to ascertain the functionality of the heater. If clothes are smell musty or not clean enough, it signifies cold water.
