Rotisserie chicken that has been thawed in the fridge can be kept for an additional 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator before cooking; chicken that was thawed in the microwave or in cold water should be eaten immediately.

Yes, it’s perfectly fine to eat rotisserie chicken after a week. Rotisserie chicken can be stored in the fridge for up to a week, but you should be mindful of the fact that it’s chicken and it does have some high-fat content.

The answer is no. According to research, the best way to get your protein intake is through your food rather than through supplements. You need to eat three to five servings of protein-rich foods each day to meet your daily protein needs.

You can eat rotisserie chicken after a week, but I don't recommend it. I don't recommend eating any cooked meat that has been out of the fridge for more than five hours. People often think that cooking meat at home means they can eat it after a week, but that's an urban myth.
