Unplug the washer. Remove the rear kick plate by opening the top of the washer and removing the two screws at the top of the kick plate. Remove the kick plate and set it aside. Open the door of the washer. Remove the two screws that hold the lower panel to the washer and set the panel aside.
First, check to see if the filter is clogged. If it is, clean it or replace it. Make sure you have a clean water supply as well. Then check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked. If it is, remove the kink. If everything is clear, then check the over temperature sensor.
